Background –

David has studied several Executive Development programmes at the University of California. He has worked with some of the world’s leading behavioural change experts who are business coaches to leading Silicon Valley companies. Together they studied ‘The Aristotle Project’ at Google and used this multimillion dollar study to develop their own team working. Google had an ambition to work out what it took to build the ‘perfect team’. David and the team at NLPU, led by world class NLP developer Robert Dilts, revealed the Google ‘Success Factors’ and in his session, David will share the insights he gained from this learning journey. He will show how you can ‘model’ the techniques developed at Google to revitalise your teams and access the power of collaborative working and collective intelligence to win and retain more business.
